The Gallery Tattoo Deposit Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your appointment and give more than 2 full working days’ notice, any deposit you have paid will be transferred to your new appointment slot.

We will accept up to 2 reschedules, rescheduling a third time will require a new deposit.Deposits expire after 1 year.

In the event that you cancel your appointment or give less than 2 full working days’ notice to reschedule, your deposit will be kept by the tattoo artist to offset lost revenue.

If no deposit is paid, your appointment is not secured and may end up being moved to accommodate a client with specific time/date constraints.

We will notify you of any changes if they happen.

The deposit means you're locked in and can't be moved unless you need to reschedule or if you or the artist falls ill on the day of your booking.

On the day of your tattoo appointment, your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your tattoo.
